HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Senior  Financial Analyst, Retail FP&A provides financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical support for the North America Retail business, with a primary focus on U.S. Stores and U.S. and Canada store payroll planning. This role partners closely with cross-functional partners (Store Operations, Human Resources, Real Estate, ect.) and the Retail FP&A team to plan and optimize spend across the U.S. and Canadian retail fleet. This role reports to the Manager, FP&A, and is based in our Buckhead office

70%: U.S. Stores and U.S. and CA Store Payroll Planning 

  • Support the preparation of the annual U.S. Stores payroll budget across all U.S. Stores, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational needs
  • Research and explain forecast variances on a monthly / quarterly cadence
  • Deliver quarterly and long-range planning forecast updates incorporating opportunities, risks, and emerging business trends
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual U.S. Stores budget with cross-functional business partners
  • Provide day-to-day financial support for cross-functional business partners

30%: Retail FP&A Deliverables and Support  

  • Prepare materials for key meetings (weekly Retail LT meetings, Monthly Business Review meetings, Leadership Team meetings, Earnings Preparation, Board of Directors meetings, etc.)
  • Conduct financial ad hoc analysis to support tactical and strategic decision making
  • Identify opportunities within existing Retail FP&A processes; propose and lead improvement efforts

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must have:

  • General business sense, accounting / finance background with experience in accounting and finance principles and application
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 – 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts and ability to analyze financial statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
