 We are now seeking bright and ambitious individual to strengthen the growth of business in the Philippines team as a Workforce Analyst.

Job Scope

  • Analyzes actual production volume arrival and patterns
  • Updates / creates reports necessary for forecasting and planning service delivery team capacity
  • Reports all changes to adjust workforce game plan to meet operational business targets.
  • Works with Workforce Manager in generating locked forecasts to support Service Delivery Team
  • Monitors employee performance against work schedules and real-time productivity through reports
  • Helps calculate resource projections to optimize staffing efficiencies by means of forecasting and scheduling
  • Generates and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports and provides data and recommendations to leaders by established deadlines.
  •  Communicate actual performance & productivity of employee KPIs to operational leaders to promote the achievement of KPI targets.
  • Consolidates staffing reports (i.e. vacation, sick time) and communicates with colleagues and management to ensure business needs are supported.

What you need to have:

  • Atleast 2-years overall workforce management (WFM) related experience
  • Required experience in either of the following skills: RTA (Real Time Adherence), Scheduling, Capacity Planning and Forecasting
  • Mastery in MS Excel; reports automations (VBA and Macro) and template creation
  • Good time management and adherence to timeline
  • Highly motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
