As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – KSA/GCC Region to support strategic initiatives and strengthen our project execution capabilities.
The Role
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships across the GCC, with a primary focus on KSA, to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships. This role identifies new business opportunities, executes account strategies, and ensures high customer satisfaction. The position collaborates cross-functionally, monitors regional market trends, and reports performance to senior leadership. Strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Account Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives across GCC, with focus on KSA
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Own revenue targets, forecasts, and account budgets
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
Expand business within existing accounts and develop new opportunities
Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Service to enhance customer experience
Performance & Market Insights
Track and analyze sales and account performance data
Prepare and present forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership
Monitor competitor activity and regional market trends
Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and customer interactions
Product & Commercial Excellence
Maintain strong knowledge of products, solutions, and industry developments
Clearly communicate value propositions to customers
Provide structured customer feedback to product and internal stakeholders
Support customer presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience, including at least 2 years of people management experience (or equivalent leadership exposure)
Proven experience developing and executing sales or key account strategies
Strong proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present persuasively to senior stakeholders
Strategic, data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach to business and process improvements
Strong resource planning skills with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively
Solid end-to-end project management experience with a track record of delivering measurable results
Fluency in English and Arabic
Strong knowledge of the GCC market, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC region
Experience in the water or infrastructure sector is beneficial
