We're looking for a passionate Zone Manager to join our MECCA Liverpool team in NSW on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week).

About the role
As a Guardian of the Customer Experience, you'll help lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. You are the first point of escalation for both team members and customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, solutions-focused environment while ensuring our high service standards are consistently delivered.
Working closely with your Store Manager and Floor Managers, you'll contribute to all aspects of the business—supporting commercial outcomes, driving key business objectives, and fostering an engaged, high-performing team.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire your team through coaching and role modelling.
Act as the first point of escalation for team members and customers, confidently resolving challenges with care and professionalism.
Partner with the Store Manager and Floor Managers to drive business performance, achieve KPIs and execute key business priorities.
Coach, develop and motivate team members through regular feedback, recognition and in-the-moment support.
Support operational excellence, ensuring the store is set up for success every day.
What success looks like
Previous experience leading and developing retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating MECCA magic.
Strong leadership skills with the confidence to coach, influence and provide meaningful feedback.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships across the leadership team.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to confidently make decisions and support others.
Requirements
Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
