What You'll Do:
· Lead cross-functional strategy development and execution using structured frameworks (e.g., Playing to Win) and facilitation to align leaders on critical choices and priorities.
· Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-visibility initiatives (e.g., route-to-market, channel segmentation, commercial operating model and execution programs) including scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
· Establish and run effective governance for complex initiatives (steering committees, workstreams, decision logs, and escalation paths) to maintain pace and accountability.
· Translate strategy into execution tools and enablement (playbooks, operating rhythms, metrics, and leader-ready communications) to support adoption across commercial teams.
· Partner with Commercial Systems and Analytics teams to align data, CRM, reporting, and workflow tools with commercial strategy; ensure insights are integrated into planning and execution processes.
· Help develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards that track initiative outcomes, adoption, and business impact; proactively surface insights and recommendations to leaders.
· Support capability-building and talent development programs such as Catalyst and DSL Accelerator that strengthen commercial effectiveness (e.g., leadership development cohorts, workshop-based learning, and internal consulting engagements).
· Manage external partners/consultants when needed to accelerate delivery, provide expertise, or scale facilitation and analysis support.
· Engage with external organizations and networks to stay abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, case studies and tools.
· Operate with high integrity and discretion given sensitive business information.
· Facilitate marketing capability-building (e.g., pricing, segmentation, offer development) by designing and leading interactive workshops that turn strategy into practical tools teams can use in-market.
· Facilitate multi-year planning with the North America Marketing team to build an aligned 3-year direction, annual priorities, and an execution roadmap with clear ownership and measures.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
· 7-10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, program/project leadership, sales operations, commercial excellence, marketing or related roles.
· Exceptional facilitation, communication, and change leadership skills; comfort presenting to senior leaders and field audiences.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from definition through implementation, including workstream leadership and executive-ready communication.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
· Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority and align leaders across functions.
· Familiarity with CRM and commercial enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and performance reporting/dashboards (e.g., PowerBI).
· MBA or advanced degree preferred.
· Experience in the agriculture industry (seed, crop protection, or related commercial models).
· Experience designing and implementing route-to-market, segmentation, territory/account planning, or sales transformation initiatives.
· Experience partnering with IT / product teams to translate business needs into system capabilities, data models, and user-centered workflows.
