About The Role

We are looking for a Banking Strategy Manager to lead one of our most critical growth bets: the Banking & Financial Services vertical. This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain — it is for someone who wants to build. You will work directly at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping how Yuno enters and scales within the financial ecosystem across LATAM and beyond.

This role demands a rare combination of analytical rigor and hands-on drive. You will move from whiteboard to action quickly, turning ambiguous challenges into structured plans and then into real outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance, which means your ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and align diverse teams around shared goals will be just as important as your analytical firepower. Your contribution will be

  • Act as strategic partner and right hand to the Commercial Consultant for the Banking & Financial Services vertical
  • Define and execute commercial and strategic initiatives that drive vertical growth
  • Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, from problem framing through implementation
  • Analyze data and build business cases that support high-stakes decision-making
  • Structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans
  • Coordinate and align teams across Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and bring well-reasoned ideas to the table

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English (written and verbal — you will use it daily)
  • 2–4 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or a comparable role
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to build rigorous, data-driven business cases
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex, open-ended problems and think strategically
  • High ownership mindset — you follow through without being asked twice
  • Excellent communication skills across levels, from operational teams to senior leadership
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where the path is not always clear
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
