About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to keep our development and design teams aligned, on schedule, and well-documented. You'll be the connective tissue between engineering, design, and stakeholders — tracking timelines, managing DevOps requests, and owning the documentation that keeps everyone on the same page. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on organization and communicates clearly under pressure

What You'll Do

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams, flagging risks before they become blockers

  • Serve as the coordination point between development, design, and business stakeholders, ensuring priorities and dependencies are clearly communicated

  • Manage incoming DevOps requests — logging, prioritizing, and routing them to the right team while keeping requesters updated on status

  • Own project documentation end-to-end, including specs, status reports, and process guides that are clear enough for anyone to pick up and follow

  • Run or support stand-ups, status meetings, and stakeholder check-ins, capturing decisions and action items

  • Identify gaps in process or communication and propose practical fixes

  • Maintain a single source of truth for project status that stakeholders can trust without having to chase updates

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, technical writing, operations, or a related field (internships and equivalent project work count)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa

  • Comfort working with development and DevOps teams.

  • A knack for documentation: you write specs and guides people actually want to read

  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities without losing track of details

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows

  • Experience writing or maintaining internal process documentation

  • Basic familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps concepts (you don't need to be technical, but you should be comfortable in those conversations)

Why Join Us

This role offers real ownership and visibility — you'll see your work directly improve how teams collaborate and ship. It's also a strong launching pad if you're looking to grow into project management, technical program management, or a senior documentation role.
