About the Role - As a Principal Ad Solutions Manager, you will be instrumental in the launch and growth of Business to Business ad products. Your role will focus on engaging with prospective advertisers and partners, delivering strategic insights, and driving initiatives to achieve product, revenue, and adoption benchmarks for the launch of a new ads offering. You will work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of new advertising stakeholders within our existing customer base.

About the Job

  • Translate company goals into an overarching commercialization and revenue strategy for new B2B ad products and partnerships.  Develop and execute on strategic plans from inception through post-launch.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with CPG brands to understand needs, leveraging introductions from existing sales teams, senior leadership, and B2B ads partners.
  • Scope and explore new revenue streams by establishing relationships with key decision makers and new personas within existing advertisers. 
  • Partner with product, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams to shape and recommend new B2B ad products and narratives tailored to client/advertiser needs.
  • Use insights and client feedback to enhance our product offering and value proposition.

 

 

About You: 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years proven experience in sales engineering, management consulting,  or enterprise solutions, preferably within digital advertising, e-commerce, CPG, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B CPG sales strategies and familiarity with industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior-level contacts (VP+).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally in a matrix org.
  • Experience launching new offerings driving them to market success.

  • Bachelor's degree

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
