Job Description:

We’re looking for Associate Governance & Oversight Specialist to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to act as an Associate Governance & Oversight Specialist for the US Segment, you will be responsible for supporting the Cybersecurity, Resilience, & Governance team in the delivery of PGO & BASS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with CRG PGO, BASS, Cyber Defense
    • Transition of CRG to US IT Continuous Delivery Model
    • Ensuring user story quality across CRG squads
    • Dashboard management
    • Assist team with effective JIRA usage in CRG and across the VS
    • Oversight and Data Support (PGO SharePoint maintenance)
    • Oversight and Data Support (Encryption Key Attestation)
    • BUSO Firewall Request Review and Approval
  • IAM / PAM Risk Management (CyberArk RR7 Onboarding and Service Account Password Rotation across Value Streams)
  • Execute documented process workflows to deliver the following services:
    • Firewall Review and Approval
    • Privileged Account Management
    • Create user stories in JIRA. Creation and continuous monitoring of User Stories for VS
  • Maintain content within Information Risk Management systems. Monthly Compliance Reporting. Updating IRM documentation as required.
  • Perform data analysis, conduct information requests, assessments, and system/log monitoring activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT Risk Management and Vulnerability Assessment or any equivalent role.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability to work on a night shift (8PM to 5AM Philippine Time), Hybrid Setup with 3 days on site and 2 days work from home weekly.
  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
    • Has working knowledge and understanding of Information Risk Management Framework (Risk Identification and Assessment, Risk Treatment, Risk Monitoring, Sustain and Independent Review) or any industry standard Risk Management Framework, CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability).
    • Knowledgeable in the following technologies: JIRA, ServiceNow, PowerBI, Confluence, Archer.
    • Can distill complex issues into simple reports, solutions, and designs.
    • Advocate constant learning from both success and failure and encourages openness to change and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to retain focus during times of high work volumes and managing multiple competing tasks and priorities.
