People
As a Senior/Lead SuccessFactors Consultant within Accenture, you will help our clients optimize their HR IT systems. Your work will include working out the roadmap and client architecture, as well as supervising implementations and configurations. You will help clients by implementing solutions focused on a more strategic approach to HR, based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions and functionalities.
Processes
As a Senior/Lead SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be the point of contact for processes such as Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Performance Management. During projects you will be responsible for monitoring and delivering project deliverables: defining, analyzing and implementing business processes, building and maintaining long-term client relationships is also one of the main responsibilities. As a Senior/Lead SuccessFactors Consultant you will be the one who deals with quality assurance on HR IT systems, you will advise on HR IT strategies, design and of course you will take care of the improvement of it all.
Technology
The goal is to deliver HR transformation and talent management solutions to increase focus on strategic and performance improvements that add value to our clients' businesses. Accenture strives to provide end-to-end solutions, from HR transformation to long-term support. You will advise and guide implementations of the latest HR technologies and trends, such as WorkZone, Qualtrics, Chatbots, Big Data, Visual design and how to use them on a daily basis using SAP SuccessFactors, including apps built on the SAP Cloud Platform..

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A completed bachelor's or master's degree
Fluent in English
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is preferred
At least 6 years of functional and/or technical experience in HR IT
Experience in designing and/or implementing SuccessFactors
A strong and proven analytical mindset
Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus
