The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $36,000 - $72,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in the Role:

  • Processing, generating, assembling, distributing, and maintaining HR forms, documents and reports
  • Support HR, leaders and employees by providing semi-complex front-line HR support and information
  • Administer and communicate HR programs, benefits or services as assigned to inquiring employees
  • Support compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and/or personnel statistics
  • Lead the new hire experience program in the Grand Rapids locations
  • Support special projects, continuous improvement activities and assignments as needed within the HR function
  • Provide administrative support for the HR leader for the Americas which may include calendar management, travel arrangement and other support as needed

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Degree may be substituted for some of the years of experience. Specialized skill training/certification may be required
  • Administrative support experience in a corporate environment, including processing expense reports, coordinating travel, filing, etc
  • Must be comfortable with interacting and presenting to all levels within the organization
  • Must demonstrate proficiency with MS office products including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Must be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills as this is critical for success in this role
