【工作职责】
🎈与中央MA保持密切合作,确保政策信息及策略的及时落地;收集辖区内政策信息变化,及时反馈,并分析机遇&挑战,制定对应的策略和行动计划;
🎈结合长短期目标搭建/执行准入项目,覆盖辖区内准入关键决策者,树立辉瑞公司的品牌形象;
🎈管理广阔市场商业项目,充分利用外部渠道/资源,探索业务准入/解限机会及成功模式;
🎈负责辖区内与项目相关的协调工作,与市场、项目、商务、KA/MA等各部门的同事紧密合作,支持区域销售落地公司战略目标;
🎈确保遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律。
【候选人要求】
📌本科及以上学历,医药相关专业背景;
📌具有良好的大客户管理能力、跨部门合作沟通能力及区域平台搭建能力。
