What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Endpoint Management services for broader areas of the organization and for more complex systems.
• Identifies and resolves complex user incidents.
• Communicates problem, resolution, and root cause information to users, both technical and non-technical, to help prevent future recurrence.
• Interfaces regularly with internal resources, others and/or clients to manage major incident / change management processes.
• Ensures contractual service support requirements are understood and managed.
• Proactively informs stakeholders of progress, issues, and challenges.
• Provides quality assurance including continuous improvement, process change and documentation, and process / procedure training.
• Drives the definition of engineering standards and technologies / frameworks and leads associated working groups.
• Assists in identifying, analyzing, and resolving technology, information management, product development and infrastructure issues.
• Partners with supported teams and organizations to manage rollout schedules and technology / architectural releases, ensuring business needs are supported in all phases of the process.
• Handles client inquiries and issues escalated from less experienced team members.
• Supports implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintains relationship with third-party vendors and partnerships for effective Endpoint Management.
• Assists with the development of frameworks, standards, policies, principles, and procedures that guide technology decisions and maximize reuse of technology.
• Impacts overall team effectiveness.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
