We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Marketing team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
Intern – Digital Marketing
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our regional digital marketing efforts across Asia. You will work closely with experienced marketers and business partners to help deliver engaging digital campaigns and maintain our online presence.
We will count on you to:
Support day-to-day webpage updates and authoring to improve user experience and reach diverse audiences in Asia.
Support country marketing teams in day-to-day digital campaigns, including email marketing distribution.
Perform digital quality check to keep web activities running smoothly (e.g. validating pages render correctly, checking forms/links, confirming key tracking elements are in place when provided, and flagging issues for resolution).
Assist with simple performance reporting when needed by compiling readily available metrics (e.g., email send/delivery and basic engagement summaries; basic website page views when available) to support internal updates
Learn to use digital marketing tools and platforms under guidance, gaining exposure to content management systems (CMS) and analytics software.
What you need to have:
Currently pursuing OR an active/ ongoing student in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing concepts such as SEO, email marketing, and website content management.
Comfortable working with data and eager to learn how to analyze digital marketing performance.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Enthusiastic about learning new digital marketing tools and staying updated on industry trends.
