Job Description:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for overseeing the recruitment team, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring the organization's talent acquisition strategies align with business goals. This role involves supervising a team of recruiters, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. partners with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs maximize visibility and result in high quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requisition Management

  • Provide full cycle recruitment from sourcing to account management of volume and specialized roles
  • End to end processing and fulfillment of job requisitions
  • Manage assigned requisitions to completion through proper delegation and strict compliance to the standard hiring process

Stakeholder Management and Partnership

  • Engage directly with hiring managers including function heads to support them with their hiring needs
  • Be on top of hiring numbers particularly on fill and hire on time rates
  • Keep business partners up to date on the hiring progress and insights market  through facilitation of weekly, monthly business reviews and reports
  • Effectively articulate overall demands vs hires anchored through data and market insights

Process Management

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the overall recruitment cycle from recruitment planning to onboarding

People Management 

  • Supervise a team of 3-5 recruiters to meet hiring targets and SLAs
  • Drive and mobilize the team/direct reports to achieve goals based on set targets and monthly SLA
  • Foster collaboration and establish harmonious working relationships within the team
  • Champion engagement and build a winning team

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably BS Psychology, Human Resources Development/Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment of volume and corporate roles preferably in the BPO, Shared Services and IT/Financial companies
  • Must have a strong account and stakeholder management experience
  • Must have the “Talent Advisory Capability” – up-to-date when it comes to market and hiring trends, assertive and confident
  • High Attention to Details, process oriented
  • Resilient and tenacious
  • Knowledge and experience in Workday is an advantage
