Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and acting as a software detective to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. - Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools. - Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
