Role and Responsibilities

The Associate Manager Business Analytics – Digital Appliances position will support the Digital Appliance (DA) analytics & sales teams, with strategic executive level reporting, task automation & ad hoc requests.  This individual will need to be able to work on multiple complex tasks and deliver timely results. 

  • Help to manage sell through data automation to address current manual process of uploading data in our system.   

  • Creation and maintenance of multiple key reports that will be distributed to executives within the DA organization.

  • Functional support of the National and Regional sales teams around reporting & analyzing both Sell-Thru and Sell-In data.

  • Ad Hoc Reporting – provide analytical support, data gathering, and management of multiple internal and external projects within a timely manner.

  • Provide detailed analysis on model level reporting from multiple data sets

  • Identify ways to optimize current process to improve execution of tasks.

  • Ability to manage projects and work within cross functional teams while delivering timely analysis

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred)

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel.

  • Needs to know how to manipulate raw data and create pivot tables within excel

  • Has worked in Datacubes and BI reports

  • Prior experience utilizing different reporting systems such as SAP, BI & Tableau

  • Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. Adapt willingly and quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities.

  • Highly motivated, work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames

  • Can quickly learn the nuances of the data we leverage and be self-sufficient in task management
