Per la Lombardia ed il Trentino Alto Adige, stiamo cercando un Medical Scientific Liason da inserire nell’area Ematologia.
Key Accountabilities:
La persona selezionata sarà responsabile, nel territorio assegnato, di assicurare l’expertise medico–scientifica ed essere il punto di riferimento degli stakeholder esterni (es. Clinici, Payers, Società Scientifiche) ed interni del Medical Affairs di GSK.
Sviluppare le interazioni ed iniziative con gli Stakeholders con finalità medico-scientifica (Scientific Engagement), mediante incontri per aggiornamenti medico-scientifici su tematiche coperte da un documentato interesse (Document of Interest), raccolta di insights, incontri di alerting sulla safety dei prodotti o per migliorare l’appropriatezza dell’uso dei prodotti GSK, incontri reattivi e/o allestimento di risposte su specifiche domande o richieste di approfondimento ricevute dagli Operatori Sanitari.
Collaborare con la funzione di Market Access & Pricing al processo di accesso finalizzato all’inserimento e alla commercializzazione dei prodotti GSK, e con Clinical Operations per identificare i centri/PI per attività di supporto agli studi clinici sponsorizzati, implementando il modello di Clinical-Medical partnership, promuovendo la ricerca collaborativa. Supportare gli Investigators indicando loro le aree di interesse di ricerca dei prodotti GSK e facilitando la sottomissione di “investigator sponsored study” (ISS).
È responsabile della compliance generale delle attività svolte per lo sviluppo dei prodotti assegnati e di monitorare il livello di efficacy ed effectiveness della propria attività di Medical Affairs.
Contribuire alla realizzazione ed implementazione del Medical Plan nazionale e regionale.
Partecipare a riunioni e congressi scientifici per tenersi al passo con l'evoluzione scientifica dell'area terapeutica e per affrontare con sicurezza discussioni scientifiche con esperti esterni.
Why You?
Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze:
Laurea in medicina o discipline Scientifiche.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
Residenza nella zona di lavoro (preferibilmente Lombardia).
Conoscenza del Business e Marketing farmaceutico.
Conoscenza delle normative e leggi di settore oltre a quelle aziendali (Ethical & Legal Compliance) delle normative sulla promozione dei farmaci, di sperimentazione clinica, informazione scientifica e farmacovigilanza.
Competenze comunicative efficaci anche attraverso canali diversi ed innovativi.
Ottime capacità di collaborare con tutte le funzioni aziendali.
Curiosità e passione per l'apprendimento e lo sviluppo continui.
Requisiti preferenziali:
Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo e nell’area terapeutica Onco/Ematologia.
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli della direzione medica.
Background accademico per aver partecipato o guidato progetti di ricerca e pubblicazioni.
