VISUAL MERCHANDISING – 50%

- Design visual tools and guidelines to support store teams (traditional retail) in maintaining brand visual standards.

- Oversee in-store execution, ensuring compliance with established visual guidelines.

- Develop and execute visual presentations for special launches, campaigns, and corporate events.

- Propose and communicate visual strategies aligned with brand standards.

- Visit stores as needed for new openings, special projects, or visual merchandising training.

- Deliver and communicate visual strategies and directives to store teams.

VISUAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT – 30%

- Support weekly meetings with the marketing team to align objectives, priorities, and visual standards.

- Assist in monitoring in-store execution from a visual perspective, ensuring guidelines are properly followed.

- Support the implementation of updates or adjustments based on business meetings with management and sales teams.

- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in the development of proposals, initiatives, and visual merchandising projects.

- Contribute to ensuring that visual projects align with division priorities.

- Organize and maintain digital files related to visual processes for easy team access.

- Assist in the development of weekly competitive reports to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities.

STORE COMMUNICATION – 20%

- Establish, communicate, and deploy visual guidelines to owned store teams.

- Document in-store visual implementations through photos and written evaluations during visits.

- Support the creation of training materials (manuals, visual guides, videos) to ensure consistency across stores.

- Follow up Visual Merchandising requests with the Operations team and track weekly visual reports.
