Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Design, develop, maintain and support scalable, high-volume computer platforms and software applications for financial and banking services. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of technical design, participate in technical discussions and design review to identify and resolve gaps between business requirements and proposed technical design, and suggest design enhancements. Support the global implementation of mobile banking technologies using Google Android, iOS technologies, J2EE, and Web Sphere. Collaborate with business partners and business analysts to review requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and technically feasible. Write code according to specifications and develop web applications using object-oriented methodology, HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, PERL, ORACLE, and JavaScript, and perform unit and integration testing on test code. Maintain and update technical design documents that account for security, resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and performance in accordance with agreed-on implementation changes and track resolution of technical issues. Support product testing and user acceptance testing, using Junit, Mockito. Resolve issues in the production environment and provide technical support to clients for applications and operations issues as necessary. Collaborate with onshore and offshore contract resources, ensuring adherence to Citi processes and standards. Mentor and assist junior team members. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst, Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Mobile Developer or related position involving computer and mobile applications in the financial services industry. 5 years of experience must include: HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, PERL, ORACLE, JavaScript; Java microservices; SVN, Clearcase, CVS, Win-merge, Perforce, Git, Stash, Bitbucket, SourceTree; Kotlin, SWIFT, Xcode; Spring Boot, PCF, Splunk, Apigee, Openshift; Junit, Mockito; Threatmetrix; Eclipse, rugged devices; WaterFall, Agile Methodology.
