工作内容:
- 为新措施制定业务及营销策略,并通过与内部营销团队和外部合作伙伴进行跨团队协作来执行和管理商业化项目:
- 负责外部合作伙伴的联合营销活动执行
- 深入了解上海迪士尼度假区营销和品牌战略,确保高质量以及一流的创意交付,以满足独特的迪士尼故事讲述标准
- 深入了解不同平台的消费者偏好和行为,按需提供创意内容工具包,以适应不同平台
- 跨团队沟通和管理,优化并梳理工作流程以提高协作效率。
- 负责直播和节目制作项目的执行和管理
- 制定标准罪业流程和指南,以确保团队之间的有效沟通,并确保活动按时交付,保证质量
- 发现并创新沟通与协作的解决方案,以扩大线下活动的曝光率和线上覆盖率
- 在品牌指南指导下按时完成电子商务和社交媒体物料的创建和交付工作
我们希望您:
- 品牌管理/市场营销/艺术/设计或相关专业学士学位
- 5年以上营销传播、活动创意及执行制作或相关项目管理经验
- 在战略规划和项目管理方面拥有丰富的经验
- 展示基于数据分析并报告相关创意的效果
- 能够在时限内完成工作,并对细节有足够的关注
- 具备较强的中英文口头和书面沟通能力,包括扎实的演讲技巧
- 天生的好奇心和学习欲望
Job Summary:
This Associate Manager, Integrated Platform Marketing will work closely with the Marketing team to understand the overall business, Brand & Marketing strategy and plans, to provide commercial & marketing strategy for the new initiative commercialization, and deploy marketing communication content, including short videos, KV, digital artwork, product photos, page design, and social content adaptation toolkits via Integrated Platforms. Also, this role will be responsible for Marketing Communication & Activation of SHDR major offline events. Support and execute Live-streaming, Broadcasting & relevant project execution, discovering & developing innovative cooperation means to amplify SHDR offline events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build business/marketing strategy for new initiatives as well as execute & manage commercialization projects by executing cross-team collaboration with the internal marketing team and external partners:
- In charge of external partners' co-marketing campaign execution
- Deep understanding of SHDR Marketing & Brand strategy, to ensure high quality & Best-In-Class creative delivery to meet Disney standard unique storytelling.
- Deep understanding of consumer preference & behavior across different platforms, to deliver on-demand creative content toolkits to suit different platforms’ environments.
- Cross-team communication & management to optimize & smoothen ways of working to increase collaboration efficiency.
- In charge of live-streaming and broadcasting project execution & management
- Develop SOP & guidebook to ensure effective communication across teams and campaign on-time delivery with quality-assured
- Discover & develop innovative communication & collaboration solutions to expand offline events exposure & online footprint
- In charge of e-commerce & social assets creation and delivery by following brand guidelines within the time scheduled.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in branding, marketing, art, design or related majors;
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communication, campaign initiation & execution, creative production, or relevant project management experience;
- Proven experience in strategic planning and project management;
- Demonstrate analytical skills in data-based creative performance analysis and report-out
- Ability to work with tight schedules and strong attention to detail is a MUST;
- Strong collaborative, relationship-building, and influencing skills;
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese including solid presentation skills;
- Natural curiosity and desire to learn.
