This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive sales and develop profitable channel partners.
  • Support Arrow ECS Sales Teams in named partner accounts by providing business development, enablement, training, and vendor specialization (including product knowledge, programs, and roadmap information).
  • Manage designated Resellers, developing business to meet vendor targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to ensure Arrow is involved in opportunities.
  • Expand business relationships within existing partners to deepen engagement.
  • Onboard new partners that fit the profile for Arrow.
  • Maintain a proactive approach in collaboration with vendor teams.

Your Profile:

  • Results-driven with strong forecasting skills.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Business-savvy, proactive, and quick to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • IT sales experience.
