We are hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our team in the UK.
Let's talk about the role:
The Solutions Consultant will support clients in multiple geographic regions and will be responsible for providing business and technical consultation to sales teams, prospects and customers to achieve sales goals. You will work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Engineering to create solutions that provide immense business value. You will become intimately acquainted with customers’ business requirements, technical needs, systems, environment and service history, enabling you to present and sell targeted business solutions. This role may, at times, require up to 60% travel on average.

Articulates highly technical concepts, including administrative and physical controls of information security, in a digestible way, using plain English to ensure all stakeholders understand our solutions and projects.
Experience mapping, analysing and improving processes (clinical transformation experience desirable).
In depth knowledge of NHS service landscape, funding arrangements, and national tariff.
Operates in a highly dynamic, changing market/competitive environment.
Significant travel within the UK and sometimes required to work non-core business hours.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong business acumen and effective professional interpersonal skills (phone, email, in-person).
Required:
3+ years’ experience and success in a solution-focused environment.
Deep knowledge and experience working with (or within) the NHS.
Proven success in growing existing business accounts and relationships providing quantifiable new value within the customer lifecycle.
A passion for understanding and learning data, and new technology systems.
University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
English and French language proficiency
Preferred:
Project and process management experience (Six Sigma, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
3+ years’ experience managing or contributing to operational process improvements.
Experience of Customer Success management.
Experience of software solutions in a hospital environment.
Experience in the medical device and/or sleep / respiratory industry.
Italian language proficiency
