In this role, the expectation would be working on electronic and faxed refill requests, prior authorizations and patient assistance along with samples. Live call triage will be from home taking live calls.
$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE
Provides clinical support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of quality health care services.
This position is for Script Desk and will be cross trained into Live Call Triage. This role does have the flexibility to be a mostly virtual, work-from-home position; but it does require you to live in the area so you can work in office, report to work if you are having internet issues, or for any office meetings.
Practice Overview
We are a comprehensive heart and vascular team that works collaboratively. We can care for patients who are early in their cardiovascular care or patients who are very ill and searching for advanced treatments.
