Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in various domains. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, providing insights on solution design, and ensuring that the delivery aligns with industry standards and best practices. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams through complex challenges, leveraging your knowledge to facilitate effective decision-making and project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Assist in the development of project documentation and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong understanding of enterprise application development. - Experience with web services and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
