Position Summary:
The Museum Educator, Adult Engagement, develops and delivers dynamic, inclusive programs across Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary (CBMO). Inspired by the collection, exhibitions, architecture, and grounds, this role leads the development, coordination, and facilitation of guide-led tours and gallery experiences while contributing to innovative public programming that engages adult and multigenerational audiences.
This position ensures strong, cohesive art and architecture experiences across both campuses, expanding access and deepening engagement through thoughtful collaboration, strategic planning, and responsive program design.
The role reports to the Manager of Adult Experience and works closely with colleagues across Learning & Engagement, Public Programs, Curatorial, Volunteer Services, Guest Services, Strategic Operations, Marketing & Communications, Trails & Grounds, artists, presenters, and community partners. Evening and weekend availability is required.
