About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative DIY to join Aliaxis Czechia. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with leading DIY retail partners (such as OBI, Hornbach, Bauhaus, Baumax, UNI HOBBY, Mountfield) and wholesale clients across Czechia and Slovakia. You’ll represent the Marley brand (www.marley.de), focusing on gutters, drainage accessories, ventilation systems, and related products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with both commercial and technical skills who wants to work for a market leader in its segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with major DIY stores and wholesale partners in Czechia and Slovakia.
• Promote and support the Marley product range (www.marley.de)
• Regularly visit B2B clients, provide project support, prepare quotations, and respond to inquiries from wholesalers, designers, contractors, and individual customers.
• Offer technical support, manage distribution processes, and coordinate purchasing activities.
• Provide product training to store staff and support in-store promotions.
• Handle complaints and warranty claims professionally with Order Department cooperation .
• Organize and deliver product training, and participate in trade fairs and promotional events.
• Conduct regular store visits (acting as merchandiser), seek new clients (business development), maintain and organize product displays, including banners and promotional materials and prepare orders.
• Collaborate closely with the order processing and accounting teams at Marley Deutschland.
• Gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and report on sales trends.
• Support marketing campaigns on Customer side.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the DIY segment.

Requirements

• Experience with building materials or construction products sales.
• Ability to work independently.
• Practical skills and familiarity with basic tools and DIY tasks are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Czechia; fully remote work / home office.
• Basic technical understanding of home improvement products is an advantage.
• Fluent Czech / Slovak + communicative English (or German) is a strong plus.
• Independence, reliability, and a self-driven approach to work.
• Motivation for personal and career growth in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Representative in DIY or a similar industry (building and construction materials).
• Driving license B
