Use diverse sourcing channels and implement role‑appropriate sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles, including market and compensation insights.
Manage the full recruitment cycle—from screening and interviews to offers, requirements processing, and onboarding.
Partner with HR and leaders on offer management, approvals, and negotiations.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with dentsu policies and local regulations.
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, adjusting to changing business needs.
Act as an advisor to the hiring team by providing insights into market/talent trends, talent availability, and other best practices in the industry to help stakeholders/hiring teams in making informed decisions.
Qualifications
6 to 10 years of experience in Talent acquisition
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms
Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills. Independent, task driven and able to manage conflicting priorities
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Meticulous, strong planning and organization skills
Good oral and written English, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
