Client Services Representative

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

IQVIA is seeking an experienced and highly client-focused Client Services Representative to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from IQVIA's products and services while building strong, long-term relationships.

You will work closely with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, provide strategic support, and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted and productive relationships.
• Proactively identify client needs, risks, and opportunities through regular engagement.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to provide project updates, facilitate discussions, and resolve queries.
• Support the evolution of a more strategic and consultative client service model.
• Ensure contractual obligations, service commitments, and ad-hoc client requests are delivered accurately and on time.
• Review and verify deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications and quality expectations.
• Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure both IQVIA and client obligations are met.
• Research, analyse, and respond to complex client enquiries requiring detailed industry and business knowledge.
• Partner with Account Managers to maximise client value from IQVIA products and services.
• Identify opportunities to expand service utilisation and support account growth.
• Maintain strong communication with Sales, Client Service Support, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution.
• Represent IQVIA on client projects and initiatives.
• Deliver product, service, and process training to clients and internal colleagues when required.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Act as a representative for leadership when required.

About You

You are an experienced client services professional with strong relationship management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' experience in Client Services, Account Management, Customer Success, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of client service principles and relationship management.
• Experience facilitating meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets and client requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships across diverse business environments.
• Ability to travel to client sites and IQVIA offices as required.

Desirable

• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or Market Insights industry.
• Experience working with data, analytics, or information services.
• Accreditation across multiple IQVIA service lines or similar certification programs.
