What you’ll be doing:

• Take ownership of the end‑to‑end sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries within the Health Systems.
• Keep a close eye on orders across different channels, including returns, giving you full visibility of the order lifecycle
• Ensure all order‑related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Review and pre‑screen special and complex orders, making sure exceptions are handled correctly from the start
• Work closely with sales, logistics, planning, production, and transportation teams to prevent escalations and drive continuous improvements

You're the right fit if:

• You have some firsts experience in Supply Chain, especially in Order Management

• You have a very good command of English (B2 level or higher).

• You are good problem solver with strong organizational skills (time and task management).

• You take ownership and communicate effectively with others.
