Your Impact: As a Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive and professional environment for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your warm welcome and efficient support will contribute to JLL's reputation for outstanding service and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive first impression

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client meetings

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support various departments

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Support security protocols by managing visitor logs and access cards

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules

  • Alignment with JLL's values of teamwork, ethics, and excellence
