To support our global growth, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who will own the execution, optimization, and governance of marketing programs in Marketo, with email marketing as a core, but not exclusive, component of the role.
As a Global Marketing Automation & Marketo Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo, including program setup, smart campaigns, lifecycle statuses, integrations, and reporting. Approximately 60% of your work will focus on email marketing, with the remaining scope covering broader marketing automation strategy, program architecture, and operational excellence.
You’ll partner closely with Demand Generation, field Marketing, ABM, Events, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are built correctly, tracked accurately, and optimized for performance.
This is a senior Individual Contributor role.
Marketing Automation & Program Management
Own the build and execution of Marketo programs, including event, webinar, gated content, ABM, and partner campaigns
Design and maintain program structures, channels, statuses, and smart campaigns:
-Ensure accurate lead flow, scoring, lifecycle progression, and attribution
-Validate integrations, tracking, and data flow prior to campaign launches
Email Marketing (≈60% of role):
-Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using Marketo templates and best practices
-Advise stakeholers o email strategy, segmentation, cadence, and messaging
-Customize templates using HTML/CSS when needed
-Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing
Campaign Execution & QA
-Implement best practices for QA, approvals, and launch readiness
-Partner with stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into scalable automation
-Ensure all programs align with global brand guidelines and email standards
Reporting & Optimization
-Analyze campaign and email performance to deliver actionable insights
-Maintain weekly and monthly KPI reporting
-Continuously optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
Compliance & Governance
-Ensure compliance with GDPR, consent management, and email regulations
-Apply Marketo best practices for data hygiene and list management
3+ years of hands-on Marketo experience (required)
Strong expertise in:
- Marketo programs, channels, and statuses
- Smart campaigns and operational workflows
- Email marketing execution and optimization
Solid understanding of demand generation and lifecycle marketing
Experience with segmentation, testing strategies, and performance analysis
Comfortable with HTML/CSS for light email customization
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused
Marketo or email marketing certifications are a plus
