  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication across teams to ensure alignment on processes, timelines, and priorities

  • Build strong relationships with marketing leaders, serving as a trusted advisor and primary planning partner

  • Support the preparation for key business updates including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Conduct regular budget and workforce reviews with the functional Lead and their direct reports, utilizing dashboards and generating reporting to provide inputs on spend efficiency, budget, and headcount reports to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other executive forums

  • Create key business & marketing performance reports, within the context of the marketing org’s budget and headcount, to drive conversations/decision-making (monthly marketing reviews and other forums)

  • Collaborate closely with our extraordinary Marketing Data Science and Analytics team to deliver spend efficiency and business impact insights
