We are looking for friendly, customer focused people to join the catering team.

You will be providing a high level of customer service to our many visitors, making their day enjoyable by assisting them with knowledge of our products, promotion of our services and ensuring a clean and safe environment.  

Prepare and serve food to our customers, adhering to excellent food hygiene. You will also be responsible for cash handling, working solo in the kitchen/cafe, locking up

Whether it is at the Visitor Centre Café or the Harbour View Café, Grafham is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat.

Overlooking the water, both cafes offer a range of hot and cold food and drinks. Open most days throughout the year the cafes attract visitors who have had a day fishing, about to embark on a walk or cycle around the trail or just coming to enjoys the outdoors with their families.  

We are looking for a Seasonal Senior Catering Assistant who understands the importance of service and quality and what it takes to run a successful kitchen.  You will have an excellent understanding of food hygiene standards (qualified to CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering) training provided to level 3 and be purchasing and stock control.
