JOB PURPOSE 

The procurement FET coordinator is responsible for the end to end coordination and consolidation of the materials costing  and reporting processes for all BU’s and Market in scope (LATAM)  working very closed to the SCF BU’s (Procurement), being a key partner to the cross-functional teams to deliver value through planning process and reporting and to drive efficiency agenda  driving consistency, strategy, and accountability of the SCF FET organizations of LATAM to enable all BUs to continue to drive their Competitive Cost and Profitable/Net Productivity ambitions.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

  • Run CoC updates for replacement prices, PL savings, and CMA components (import / export / FX / Tax / Others)
  • Execution of closing routines considering all countries specificities and ensuring results integrity
  • Provide explanations of Actual Materials vs. Forecast and Previous Year and Forecast vs. Forecast for the business.
  • Close collaborative work with SCF Procurement BU LATAM
  • Work together with the CMA –Tax accounting & controls Mgr redesigning / reset current materials processes to simplify, reduce and eliminate non-value-added activities while guarantying quality of forecast and actuals.
  • Support as required to Global SCF Performance Management & Internal/External Audit or any other relevant stakeholder on an ad-hoc basis project execution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

Skills

Must have:

  • Strong modelling, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Financial process driven roles is preferred.
  • Strong financial fundamentals along with solid business partnering skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Design thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of key financial processes; experience in managing supply chain cost is a must.
