Responsibilities:

  • Quotation Management: Review customer requirements, align with Account Managers, enter RFQs into CRM, coordinate with production plants and follow up on quotes

  • Order Management: Manage sample and tooling orders, including system entry, plant coordination, delivery tracking and invoicing

  • Pricing Management: Maintain customer pricing in SAP and support price adjustments in alignment with Account Managers

  • Master Data & Billing: Manage customer master data and handle debit/credit notes related to pricing issues

  • Customer Systems & CSR: Work on customer portals and manage Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)

  • Contracts & Planning Support: Support customer contracts, SCM agreements and update forecasts and planning data

  • Feedback & Evaluation: Monitor supplier evaluations and collect customer feedback for internal improvement

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service

  • Languages: Fluent in German (native preferred) and English

  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with CRM tools (e.g. MS CRM) and ERP systems (SAP)

  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Mindset: Customer-oriented, proactive, team player with strong problem-solving attitude

The MINIMUM gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,125.00. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
