The opportunity

Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team in Sevlievo, Bulgaria. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers, systems and internal teams.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents;
• Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials;
• Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement;
• Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders;
• Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy’s purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers;
• Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from purchase order through SAP modules until the delivery is booked .

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Experience in logistics or purchasing;
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written);
• Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules;
• Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations and incoterms;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High attention to detail;
• Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset.
