Tasks:

  • Develop, validate, and maintain statistical programs for the analysis of real-world data, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.
  • Perform data management tasks, including data cleaning, data transformation, and data integration from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, data scientists, and clinical researchers, to design and implement statistical analyses that address specific research questions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for programming processes, data management workflows, and analysis results to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in real-world data.
  • Assist in the preparation of statistical reports, presentations, and publications, summarizing findings and providing insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in statistical programming (Minimum 4+ years of experience) using languages SAS, and R
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality.
  • Experience with real-world data sources, such as electronic health records, claims data, or patient registries, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
