Your Impact

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Marketing Organization by implementing marketing tactics that support the overall marketing strategy and vision. The Marketing Sr Specialist assists in the achievement of key business objectives and brings tactics to life across an Omni-channel platform inclusive of multiple marketing channels.

What You Will Do
  • Support overarching marketing strategies to strengthen customer engagement.
  • Writes business requirements for program development and implementation.
  • Analyzes and interprets data to draw actionable insights to inform program development and go to market planning.
  • Support the development of test and learn environment with a customer first mindset.
  • Manages weekly and quarterly integrated calendars.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with category/promo, insights, creative, media, and sports marketing to gather necessary data and learnings to deliver on marketing tactics and projects assigned.
  • Enters purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents into required systems for timely processing.
  • Participates in and supports the development of marketing briefs that inform how marketing campaigns and activations are developed and executed.
  • Project manages store, online, or offsite events to attract new customers, including responsibility for the execution of events.
  • Monitors, analyzes and communicates day-to-day shifts across Lowes.com and competitive platforms that are relevant to the execution of the marketing plan.
  • Analyzes industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ensures all marketing materials adhere to brand standards.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with merchandising, media, online, store operations, finance and other departments as appropriate to support the execution of marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 0-1 years of experience in Marketing or related field
