Job Description

• Study the customer insights analytics, market change and trends, and prepare executive summary and analysis report to management
• Monitor the progress tracking of Private Banking projects and campaigns to ensure that the deliverables are align with the plan
• Develop business model, strategies, products, as well as tools to assist RM in selling products and services  
• Collaborate effectively with internal business partners and stakeholders to achieve the business targets and KPIs

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of working experience in business strategy & business model, financial service, customer journey, process improvement. Direct experiences in private banking, wealth business is advantageous
• Possesses strong strategic and logical thinking skills and comprehensive understanding of banking products
• Competent in Microsoft Office and business English skill
• Be a quick learner, team player, and problem-solver
