Summary:
In the role of Responsible Artificial Intelligence Technology Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and responsibility. This position requires guiding teams to design and deploy AI technologies that comply with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role includes fostering collaboration across various departments to ensure alignment with organizational values and advocating for the adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the project lifecycle. The individual will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to promote trustworthy and transparent AI systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical guidelines into AI development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to responsible AI practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure AI projects meet compliance and governance standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud architecture design and deployment on Amazon Web Services platforms.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools within cloud environments.
- Ability to implement scalable and secure cloud solutions supporting AI workloads.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure components.
- Understanding of data security and privacy principles in cloud-based systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
