About the Role

Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

岗位职责：

1、配合主管完成公司营销员渠道的业务奖励、竞赛推动及业务会务活动，如：

（1）各类大型活动的具体实施工作（年度杰出荣誉颁奖典礼、业务启动大会）；

（2）业务旅游竞赛的具体实施工作（年度高峰竞赛、推动旅游竞赛）；

（3）各类营销员渠道推动竞赛、荣誉体系奖品的制作及发放；

（4）对竞赛奖励及业务活动的跟踪，收集一线内外勤反馈及建议，并在后续加以改进。

2、配合主管完成公司营销员渠道的客户驱动业务，如各类拓客业务。

3、上级主管安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，具有市场营销、广告专业优先

2、有8年以上相关经验（广告与活动组织经验优先）

3、有较强的创新思维

4、有较强的活动组织能力、现场掌握能力和良好的沟通及表达能力

5、精通 PPT及Excel 等 office 办公软件
