At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar energy and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Solar Foreman to help further our mission through excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and a team-focused approach.

Essential Job Functions

• Supervise a team of solar installation technicians. 
• Responsible for overseeing quality, safety, and customer communication is met at the highest level.
• Install solar systems in accordance with NEC and Building codes using layouts, line diagram schematics, and engineering reports.
• Measure, cut, and install structural reinforcements when required.
• Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment.
• Maintain inventory of equipment for each installation.
• Follow organization policies and procedures including OSHA requirements; Complete OSHA training as required.
• Attend organization, safety and training meetings as required.

Education/Experience

• Solar experience required
• OSHA 30 preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of three years of experience working on roofs required
• Previous experience with residential and/or commercial solar installations preferred
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces 
• Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Certification
