Summary:
As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. The engineer works with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational needs while preserving compatibility across systems. Collaboration with various teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise systems.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged and Software as a Service applications.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
