職務の目的および主な業務内容
HRオペレーションチームの一員として、下記のようなサポート業務をお任せします。

  • 社員情報の管理(氏名・住所・扶養変更などの申請確認・処理)
  • 給与・勤怠システムのサポート(エラー対応、定例チェック、レポート作成)
  • 社員からの問い合わせ対応(システム上での定型リクエスト対応)
  • 休職・復職・退職管理におけるデータメンテナンス
  • 郵便物や書類の取り扱い、社外からの問い合わせ対応
  • 人事データ作成やレポート配信、社内公示の作成

※業務内容は、会社の定める範囲で変更となる場合があります。
 

必須条件

  • Excel上級レベル(関数を日常的に使用できる方)
  • Word・PowerPointの基本スキル
  • 計画性をもって正確に業務を進められる方
  • 不明点があれば適切に相談できる方
  • 人事関連の実務経験(3年以上)(500名規模以上の会社でのご経験)
  • 学士または同等の学位
     

歓迎条件(あると尚良し)

  • 外資系企業での人事・給与・福利厚生業務の経験
  • Workday / ServiceNowの使用経験
  • PowerBIの使用経験
  • Excelマクロ/VBAによる業務自動化の実務経験
  • 労働関連法規の知識
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(英語でのメールやチャットのやり取りができる)
