Your Mission:
As a Nurse you will be the primary expert for our respiratory, infusion, and other new therapy devices within hospital settings. Your mission is to represent Air Liquide Homecare by providing exceptional service quality to patients, healthcare teams, and prescribing physicians. You will be instrumental in installing our medical equipment and ensuring that hospital staff and patients are confident and competent in its use, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your Responsibilities

This is more than a nursing role; it's a chance to be a consultant, trainer, and key technical expert. Your main contributions will include:

• Installing respiratory and perfusion medical devices in hospitals and in home settings.

• Training and advising hospital staff on the correct and safe use of our equipment.

• Acting as a key advisor to prescribing physicians on the selection of appropriate medical devices.

• Representing Air Liquide Homecare and promoting our services during interactions with medical teams.

• Preparing, verifying, and maintaining your equipment to ensure it is always ready for use.

• Participating in and contributing to commercial team meetings.

• Managing the administrative follow-up of your activities and reporting any pharmacovigilance or materi-vigilance cases.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a candidate who is not only a qualified nurse but also a strong communicator and educator. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Nursing Degree.

• You are fluent in Dutch & French, English is a plus.

• A strong sense of customer/patient service.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, healthcare teams, and prescribers.

• A pedagogical approach with the ability to train and educate medical staff and patients.

• Strong analytical skills and adaptability.

• The ability to work well within a team and be proactive with suggestions.

• A valid driver's license.
