What You’ll Do for Us  

Execution of manufacturing operations

  • Handle a wide variety of raw materials and operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with production plan instructions, and execute the manufacturing operations as planned in accordance with the recipe for the production of the bulk product.

  • Understand and follow the work standards related to each task assigned to him/her.

  • Communicate and work collaboratively with group members.

Understand and implement quality, safety and environmental management systems

  • Understand and comply with The Coca-Cola Company's Quality, Safety and Environmental Requirements (KORE) as they relate to the work assigned to you. Requirements include the following

  • Hygiene procedures, quality error prevention procedures, 5S, daily maintenance of equipment, non-routine and high-risk work procedures, safety and environment-related emergency response, information management, etc.

  • Improve operations in accordance with revised requirements and corrective actions taken by management system internal audits and external audits.

Confirmation of production scheduling

  • Confirm and implement a schedule optimized for shipping schedule, ingredient/package availability, manufacturing capacity, and production efficiency in cooperation with internal stakeholders

  • Appropriately handle changes in the production plan

  • Process order (PO) preparation

  • Release POs to each production area using SAP, MII, and MES based on the production plan

  • Others

  • Prepare ingredient / package samples, including test packs, upon request

(Desirable skills)

- Skill in operating manufacturing equipment and executing manufacturing operations according to established procedures.

- Basic knowledge of food safety (GMP, HACCP, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of ISO9001/22000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and operational skills in accordance with these requirements

- Daily maintenance skills of machinery and equipment (including 5S activities)

- Basic PC operation skills (Windows, MS Word / Excel, etc.)

Requirements

At least three (3) years of experience in a factory production line, operating manufacturing equipment and conducting manufacturing operations in accordance with prescribed procedures. (Experience in factory operations in the food industry is more desirable.)
