We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Instructional Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in creating engaging and effective e-learning content. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or other similar authoring tools to design and develop interactive learning modules. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in using Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Vyond, or similar authoring tools.
• Proven ability to create engaging micro-learning and e-learning content.
• Familiarity with designing for mobile learning (responsive design).
• In-depth knowledge of SCORM, LMS platforms, and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and best practices (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
