Job Description

主要职责：

• 与产品负责人和架构师合作，理解需求并细化用户故事
• 根据架构愿景设计软件服务或应用程序
• 及时识别、规划并减轻技术风险
• 作为敏捷 Scrum 团队的一员，参与涵盖完整技术栈的软件开发
• 推动代码质量提升，并在团队中严格执行
• 在软件开发中保持严谨性，遵循 TDD/BDD 的开发方式

任职资格 / 要求：

• 全日制在读硕士研究生，专业为计算机科学、计算机工程、生物医学工程或相关专业
• 具备高度自信
• 具备优秀的沟通能力，能够清晰、简洁地表达技术问题
• 展现出在计算机工程或计算机科学领域的分析能力和技术能力
• 具有主动性，能够独立工作并具备团队协作能力
• 具备领导能力和经验
• 实习时间不少于8周，每周至少4天

优先条件：

• 有软件设计相关的实习或合作项目经验
• 熟练掌握 Java、C++、Python 等软件语言；熟悉 Web 技术（如 AngularJS/NodeJS、HTML）者优先
• 有 RedHat Enterprise Linux 或 SUSE 使用经验
• 具备面向对象设计方法论和/或算法开发经验
• 熟悉敏捷开发原则和方法论
• 有数据分析、机器学习和/或人工智能技术相关经验
• 对医疗科技行业充满热情
