Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day IT operations, managing a lean team and functioning as the escalation point for all technical support and network infrastructure issues.
Oversee end-to-end systems performance across multiple office and clinic locations, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and endpoint protection.
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols, HIPAA compliance, and IT risk management standards through policy enforcement and technical controls.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for cloud services, voice solutions, and network support, ensuring cost-effective and reliable service delivery.
Support strategic projects including clinic openings, IT equipment deployment, IT asset management, and technology refresh cycles.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role supporting multi-site environments.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, network administration, endpoint management, and IT support frameworks (Tier 1–3).
Industry certifications are preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified, and HIPAA security training).
Fluent in English; must be able to travel regionally up to 30% to support satellite clinics and operations.
